Sinn Féin MLA Sean Lynch has welcomed the announcement of a £150,000 resurfacing scheme for the A32 Enniskillen Road.
The Fermanagh and South Tyrone MLA said:
"This investment by Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard will help to improve the surface of what is a key route between Omagh and Enniskillen.
"The road also serves as a key route to the South West Acute Hospital.
"The upgrading of the road will also help to improve transport connections for people, goods and services which will be of benefit to the local economy.
"Work is due to start at Kilgortnaleague Monday 10th October and completion is planned for Friday 21st October.
"I also welcome the fact that the resurfacing works at Teemore Cross are set to start on Monday, traffic controls will be in place.
"I would advise motorist to take care and to allow themselves extra journey time as delays are expected." ENDS/CRÍOCH
